The Power of a Team.
After receiving a BA in Communications from Purdue University in 2004, Kori went on to write and edit for several local and national print publications. Upon finishing her MPS in Publishing from The George Washington University in 2009, Kori realized her favorite part about journalism, wasn't just the writing, it was connecting with people. Thus, she decided to transition into Marketing & Social Media Management and has since focused on helping Washington D.C.-based businesses find ways to better connect with their customers and clients.
Kori loves being able to share all things local — from coming soon "sneak peaks", open houses and market reports, to new neighborhood restaurant openings and festivals — across Trent & Co.'s many DC-centric media channels.
As a Northwest Indiana native, Kori has been in the DC area for more than a decade, and now considers it home. She lives Hyattsville with her husband and their rescue dog, Scooter (whom you will spot on Trent & Co's Instagram from time to time!)
