TRENT HEMINGER | trent@trentandco.com
In 1999 Trent accepted a promotion by his employer to move from the Midwest to Washington DC. Within nine months he had purchased his first home and was starting to accrue a portfolio of investment properties, and a short time later had transferred fully into real estate.
After four years, Trent moved from Coldwell Banker to McWilliams|Ballard, Inc to have an opportunity to sell new construction properties along with his resale business to learn that newly-emerging market. Since the fall of 2003, Trent sold over 100 properties annually, and in 2005 he was recognized as selling the second highest new construction volume in the DC Metro Area totalling over $130 million.
Trent has extensive personal experience owning and managing rental properties, and residential renovation. This often provides first-hand knowledge and foresight that he can pass along to his clients in order to earn them the financial rewards that come with real estate ownernship. He is able to counsel his clients in their purchases and sales by offering them an education in real estate and market value that comes from years of experience in the field. His enthusiasm for the business, together with his experience, work ethic, and follow-through, has earned him a great deal of repeat business with purchasers, sellers and developers.

KEVIN GRAY | kevin@trentandco.com
After building miniature neighborhoods and cities that spanned his parents' basement floor, Kevin knew he had a keen interest in real estate. After graduating from The College of Wooster in 2001 with a double major in Urban Studies and Studio Art, Kevin started working in real estate in the Metro DC Area. He has had an invaluable array of real estate marketing and sales experience with top brokers ever since: first in Bethesda with an established Long & Foster agent in that broker's highest-volume office, then for Coldwell Banker's top-producing partnership in the Mid-Atlantic, and finally the highest-grossing listing agent in Georgetown before joining the Trent+Company team. Whether it has been single-family homes in Suburban Maryland, coops and condos in Kalorama and Upper NW, or rowhouses in Logan and Dupont, Kevin has had a varied real estate history in and around DC.
Some of Kevin's apparent strengths are his area knowledge (as an area native), his effective persistence, a formal and career-related education in architecture, and his easy going disposition in what can be a difficult arena.
