The TRENT+COMPANY Team is part of TTR Sotheby's International Realty. Sotheby's International Realty is comprised of an exclusive network of luxury real estate companies with access to distinctive properties, effective marketing strategies, and well-qualified buyers in the most lucrative markets around the world. Our firm is the exclusive affiliate for Sotheby's International Realty in the Washington, DC metro area. TTR (formerly Tutt, Taylor & Rankin) was founded in 1988 by Wallace Tutt and Jonathan Taylor; Michael Rankin joined in 1992. We currently have three offices and about 100 agents. We are on track to do over a half billion in sales in 2009. The average sale price for single family house is over $1,000,000. In 2009, TTRSIR sold more homes over $5 million than any other DC broker.
Sotheby's International Realty
Sotheby's International Realty is comprised of an exclusive network of luxury real estate companies with access to distinctive properties, effective marketing strategies, and well-qualified buyers around the world. Sotheby's International Realty was founded in 1976 as an adjunct business to the Sotheby's Auction House, and TTR was selected to be the Sotheby's affiliate in 2006. There are currently 500 offices worldwide (340 domestic and 160 international in 36 countries) with over 10,000 agents. We are part of a proprietary referral network through SIR that provides us access to qualified clients and remarkable and unique properties through our affiliated offices throughout the world. The 2009 average domestic sales price was $1.04 million (more than 3 times any other national or regional broker), and our average worldwide listing price is $1.6 million.
